28 kwietnia mogliśmy po raz kolejny zawitać z naszym Klubem Pacjenta do Miasto Tychy 
Spotkanie było organizowane we współpracy z Uniwersytetem Trzeciego Wieku w Tychach, pod patronatem Macieja Gramatyki, Zastępcy Prezydenta Miasta Tychy
Głównym tematem kwietniowego spotkania w Tychach były badania kliniczne. O tym, na czym one polegają, jakie korzyści przynoszą dla pacjentów, a także jakie prawa i obowiązki mają ich uczestnicy opowiadali eksperci Grupa American Heart of Poland: dr hab. n. med. Adam Janas – kardiolog Polsko-Amerykańskich Klinik Serca w Tychach oraz dr n. med. Agata Krauze – menager ds. badań klinicznych.
W agendzie spotkania nie zabrakło też oczywiście tematów związanych ze zdrowym stylem życia i aktywnością fizyczną. Do ruchu zachęcała fizjoterapeutka American Heart of Poland Karolina Zięcina, przekonując, że sport, a nawet ćwiczenia siłowe są dla ludzi w każdym wieku
Podkreślała przy tym, że najważniejsza w aktywności fizycznej i budowaniu zdrowych nawyków w tym zakresie jest systematyczność. “Lepiej ćwiczyć codziennie po 20 minut, niż raz w tygodniu przez godzinę” – wyjaśniała.
Dopełnieniem spotkania była możliwość skorzystania z bezpłatnych badań i indywidualnych rozmów ze specjalistami, co jak zwykle cieszyło się ogromną popularnością
