Klub Pacjenta Fundacja „Z sercem do Pacjenta” towarzyszył akcji pt. „Podaruj Serce! Oddaj Krew”, we współpracy z: Eligiusz Komarowski Powiat Pilski – Starostwo Powiatowe w Pile oraz Grupa American Heart of Poland. W wydarzeniu uczestniczył Adam Niedzielski, Ministerstwo Zdrowia, który podkreślił znaczenie edukacji i profilaktyki i wyraził uznanie dla tej inicjatywy Fundacji „Z sercem do Pacjenta”, Grupa American Heart of Poland 
Podczas Klubu Pacjenta wszyscy chętni (w tym liczni przedstawiciele służb mundurowych oraz ratunkowych) mieli okazję porozmawiać z doświadczonym kardiologiem, fizjoterapeutą, którzy udzielali porad związanych z profilaktyką, diagnostyką i leczeniem. Była to doskonała okazja, aby zapytać o wszelkie wątpliwości czy obawy, które nas niepokoją w kontekście zdrowia oraz sprawdzić swój stan zdrowia wykonując bezpłatne badania. Dziękujemy zespołowi z Oddziału Kardiologii Grupy American Heart of Poland w Szpitalu w Pile, który był do dyspozycji uczestników Klubu Pacjenta:

Wydarzenie zakończyło się briefingiem prasowym, w którym uczestniczyli m.in.: Eligiusz Komarowski, starosta pilski, inicjator wydarzenia, Adam Niedzielski, Ministerstwo Zdrowia i partnerzy akcji. Minister Zdrowia podziękował organizatorom oraz partnerom akcji.
Podczas spotkania z Adamem Niedzielskim, Ministerstwo Zdrowia, Adam Szlachta, prezes American Heart of Poland oraz dr n. med. Paweł Kaźmierczak, dyrektor medyczny Grupy AHP, przedstawili plany działań Fundacji „Z sercem do Pacjenta”, Grupa American Heart of Poland.
