Kluby Pacjenta to bezpłatne, otwarte spotkania edukacyjno-zdrowotne skierowane do osób w każdym wieku. Są jednym ze sposobów, w jaki Fundacja \”Z sercem do Pacjenta\” Grupy American Heart of Poland przyczynia się do poprawy świadomości zdrowotnej ludzi. od stycznia br. do tej pory odbyło się 20 Klubów, m.in. w Katowice, Poznań Bielsko-Biała, Gniezno, Miasto Piła, Kędzierzyn-Koźle, Chrzanów.
