  Dziękujemy za wspólne świętowanie w Województwo Opolskie❗ 2 czerwca 2024 roku podczas Święta Województwa Opolskiego, Fundacja „Z sercem do Pacjenta” zorganizowała plenerowy #KlubPacjenta Razem z Filipem Nowakiem, prezesem #NFZ Akademia NFZ pomaszerowaliśmy pod hasłem „ZABIERZ SWOJE SERCE NA SPACER” w pięknych okolicach Moszna Zamekk💙 Od godziny 13:00 do 16:00 w strefie zdrowia NFZ, uczestnicy mogli skorzystać z bezpłatnych badań przesiewowych, takich jak pomiar ciśnienia, saturacji i poziomu cukru. Na naszym stoisku dostępne były także materiały edukacyjno-profilaktyczne, w tym dzienniczek pacjenta, koperta życia oraz broszura o treningu pamięci. Dziękujemy wszystkim za aktywny udział w zajęciach sportowych i innych strefach zdrowia. Wasze zaangażowanie i chęć dbania o zdrowie były dla nas inspiracją! ❤ Cieszymy się, że mogliśmy wspólnie spędzić ten dzień w zdrowej i przyjaznej atmosferze.
